Appointments before 10:30am and after 5pm fall into our out of hours window and include a £20 fee. These spots are limited and ideal for those who work or need flexibility. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% will be required. Your deposit will go towards your total payment. The remaining balance will need to be paid in CASH

We understand that travel disruptions may interfere with your journey, however if you are 15 minutes late a £15 late fee will be added. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be lost. This is to ensure we run a smooth punctual service that doesn’t interfere with other clients appointments. We also allow ourselves a 15 minute grace period.

In the event of a cancellation, Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. We allow one reschedule per client. If you reschedule again after this your deposit will be lost. If your appointment needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19, we are happy to move your appointment to a new date, providing you show proof. Your deposit will be used towards this new appointment date.

If you would like us to customise your wig/lace in preparation for your appointment, hair needs to be received 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment. No

For lace replacements, hair is to be received 3 DAYS BEFORE your appointment.

For Revamps, hair is to be received 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment.

SEW-INS

For sew ins that require a customised lace, please send us your frontal/closure 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment.

A £40 express fee will be added to your bill if not received on time.

For handmade units, your hair is to be received 10-14 days BEFORE your appointment. We customise all our handmade units however you are more than welcome to to provide a customised lace for you unit.

If you are purchasing a frontal for your ponytail, please dm/email us before booking. For frontal ponytails, your frontal is to be received 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a late fee.

Please sure that your hair is freshly washed, with NO oils and creams. If you attend the appointment with greasy hair, unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled.

We also provide Raw bundles and lace in various textures and lengths. If you are purchasing from our LUXE COLLECTION for your appointment, please purchase on our site 10-14 DAYS BEFORE your appointment to ensure that your hair is prepared on time. Payment for your bundles and lace is paid before your appointment.

Clients using our bundles for their appointment will receive 20% off the wig construction price.

Due to health and safety and the nature of our products, once purchased, frontals , bundles and wigs cannot be refunded. We are therefore not liable for any damage to your frontals , bundles or wigs. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by dying and bleaching of hair. Please seek professional help if unsure.

Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered. All sales are final so please be sure to click the correct style/lengths & provide the correct measurements at checkout.
