Due to the nature of our units, returns or exchanges are not available. Handle with care and store in your DXA silk bag when not in use to maintain its condition.

Shipping:

Processing time : Please allow up to 10-14 WORKING DAYS for your wig to be made. Shipping is not included.

Once dispatched please allow up to 3 days for your tracking number to be sent to you.

All orders are sent via 1st class and will require a signature. If orders are not signed for, your order will be sent to your local depot.
